Text messaging terms

- Replies to calls you placed, and messages about requests, appointments and services you have asked for. We do not send marketing text messages unless you have given separate written consent.

- Message frequency varies based on your activity.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
- Help
- Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
- Carriers
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Privacy
- See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Virtual assistant
Some calls and text messages are handled by an AI virtual assistant on behalf of the business you contacted. The assistant can make mistakes, and it is not an emergency service. If you have an emergency that threatens life or safety, call 911.
Use of this website
The content on this site is for general information only and may change without notice. The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.
Client services
Paid services for client businesses are governed by a separate written service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the service agreement controls.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our messaging program.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date above.
